SUMMARY:NJEJA Offshore Wind Training - Information Session (virtual)
DESCRIPTION:The New Jersey Environmental Justice Alliance (NJEJA) is excited to team up with Soulful Synergy\, Newark Workforce Development Board\, and the City of Newark Office of Sustainability to offer FREE Offshore Wind Training. \nGet certified\, gain hands-on skills\, and secure job placement support in this 6-week program. Participants will receive certifications and a $1\,500 stipend. \n\nA virtual information session will be held on Thursday\, October 19 at 1-2pm via Zoom.\nAn in-person information will be held on Friday\, October 27 at 1-2pm at the Salvation Army.\n\nClick here for the NJEJA Offshore Wind Training Program Application.
