DESCRIPTION:On May 22\, MOCEAN will host a webinar: “A Conversation about Driving opportunities for Diversity\, Equity and Excellence throughout the Offshore Wind Workforce Pipeline”. This will start with storytelling by U.S. offshore wind industry leaders about the evolving understanding of workforce needs in these early days of project execution\, and by experts in workforce development/training/mentoring who successfully bring opportunities to career seekers by meeting them where they are with the right support at the right time. The objective of the webinar is to stir new thinking\, partners\, and models for staffing up the offshore wind industry for long-term sustainability. \nThe webinar will start at 10:00 am U.S. East Coast Time and run for 90 minutes.
